Announcement From GAZT
Dear Valued Customers!
We are likely to inform you that GAZT (General authority of Zakat and Tax) issued the new rules for all the taxed payer businesses, which is starting from 4 Dec, 2021 as E-Invoice Phase One (Generation Phase).
Only Electronic invoice is valid from that day onwards. A handwritten or scanned invoice is not considered an Electronic Invoice.
Electronic Invoices for Phase One (4 Dec, 2021) has the same requirements of the current invoices generated by DigitalStyle POS Software. However, QR Code must be included in the E-Invoice.
As part of Phase One (Generation Phase), the below fields are the minimum required fields that must be shown after scanning a QR Code in a tax Invoice.
Seller Name, VAT Registration Number of the Seller, Time stamp of the Electronic Invoice, VAT Total, Electronic Invoice or Credit/Debit Note total (with VAT).
For updating QR Code feature in your DigitalStyle POS Software, company will charge you 300.00 SAR per Branch.
